Get your key. Open @jointheswarmbot → Run a node → it gives you a

Download the installer. Grab swarm-node-setup.bat — sets up everything (Python + the node), nothing to configure. Wary of a random .bat? Smart — read it + the node source first. All it does is install Python and run the open node.

Double-click it, paste your key. Log in to Telegram once, tick the rooms to share, done. Leave it running to keep contributing.
📱 On your phone? The node needs a desktop to run. No problem — tap Add SWARM to your group instead. It's 1-tap, needs no install, and it's the path that actually pays you.

How you earn
🧠 The Hive Mind — free — feed in any room and you see every connected room's calls, ranked by realized P&L. Contribute 5, see 500. This is the trade.
💰 A cut of the toll your alpha generates — when a token you surfaced first gets copy-traded, you keep 10% of the copy-trade fee. Paid from the fee itself — real, and it never stops.
🏅 Worker-Bee rank + badge — a public contributor leaderboard. Earned, not bought.
👑 Founding status — the first Worker Bees get a permanent founding badge + top contributor placement, locked in for good.
Running a node? Safe as hell
It runs on YOUR machine. Your Telegram login never touches our servers. Ever.
We only ever see the calls. Contract + caller + time — never your messages, never your DMs.
You pick every room. Opt-in per group, default nothing, revoke any room any time.
Read-only. No keys, no posting. SWARM never acts as you. The client is open-source — read it.
The installer is open + tiny. It only installs Python and runs the open-source node — both readable in full. It can't post, move funds, or touch your DMs.
